Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $200 CAD.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $200 CAD, a flat rate of $17 CAD applies.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping within Canada takes approximately 2-6 business days.

  • Carriers: We utilize trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS and FedEx to ensure secure and timely delivery.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We offer international shipping to the United States of America only at this time.

  • Free Shipping: Complimentary international shipping is available on orders over $250 CAD.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $250 CAD, a flat fee of $30 CAD applies.

  • Carriers: International orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and are fully insured.

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, typically 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

​Packaging and Insurance

  • Secure Packaging: All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

  • Insurance: Shipments are fully insured for their value during transit.

Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item, and contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Taxes

  • Domestic Orders: Applicable federal and provincial taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

  • International Orders: Taxes are not charged on orders shipped outside of Canada; however, customers are responsible for any local taxes and customs duties upon delivery.
