Exchange Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange any unworn jewelry within 3 days of receiving your order, either in person or by mail. Items must be returned in their original packaging and/or with tags attached. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with exchanges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
During promotions or sales, we do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items. We also reserve the right to refuse any exchange requests that we deem unreasonable.
